Can I use ROI Vista to track my offline campaigns?
Yep! We have separate categories so you can distinguish between these types of calls too in your reporting. With a bit simple of HMTL knowledge, you can even track your magazine ads that send people to a vanity URL and then call in. This method will display the same number on your website that is in your print ad or radio spot or other type of offline/ATL campaign.
What happens when my account balance reaches zilch?
We’ve designed ROI Vista so that we never interrupt your business. We require you to have an existing telephone number that we haven’t provided you. This is your ‘default’ number which you set in your account. As your balance gets low, we’ll let you know via email. If by the time you’ve got around to giving your balance a needed boost it reaches $zero, we’ll simply display your default business number. Therefore, you never loose a single call. You just won’t know where they come from is all.
What do you mean by tracking domains?
We give you the ability to set a phone number depending on the referring source of a visit. Normally, you would set a campaign ID to display a specific number, but we let you define a domain as well. This way, you can tell how many phone calls you receive from any given referring site that you are not running a campaign on. This is helpful in knowing whether to strike a marketing relationship with say one of your Top 10 referring sources if one of these generates calls for you.
Can I use both graphic AND text replacement in the same page?
Absolutely. You merely define what type of replacement to make when inserting the code snippet in your source code. We made sure that our platform was a seamless integration with your existing site designs and so we made it uber-flexible and easy to implement.
Can I get toll-free numbers for other regions than just US48?
You can indeed. It’s not a standard set-up so you need to contact us to get this done for you and there are different per minute rates. Once you’ve created an account, send us an email from within the account.
Can I port my numbers in and out of ROI Vista?
You can indeed. There is an administrative fee for doing either of these actions and it’s not an instant process as you can imagine. Get in touch for more information.
Can I track my mobile campaigns on iPhones?
Yep. You can track your mobile marketing campaigns (mobile banner ads, mobile PPC etc) using ROI Vista without having to do anything weird or spend hours in development time. It just does it!
Can I terminate my calls outside the US48?
You can but you need to be an Enterprise level customer in order to do this. Get in touch with us to find out the requirements for that level of business.
Can I integrate my Google Analytics account with you?
Working on it! We’re on it for a couple of other providers too but if you have a specific service you’re interested in plugging in, then let us know.
Can I get data out of your platform easily?
This is something we’re only working with our Enterprise customers on, so the answer is kind of yes and no.
